Hail Storm

The night that the major hail storm hit Lompoc. The insured called us the next morning telling us of the horrible night she had. We sent our crew straight to her house. Once we arrived and did our walk through with the insured we informed her of all what we would be doing. Due to the glass embedded in her carpet we carefully removed all her furniture and the removed her carpet out to insure no glass was left behind. Then we placed a very thick plastic over the window so no other weather could come inside. We set up our air movers and dehumitifiers to get her room dried out. The final step was to get the contractor over to get her windows replaced. Once the contractors was able to replace the windows we came back to her house and placed all her furniture back the way she wanted. She was very pleased with SERVPRO of Lompoc that she would call us for all her needs again if they came up.
