Fire in the Business
Soot damage is caused when smoke has filled an area leaving behind the smoke particles all over the walls, ceilings, and floors. The soot looks as if it's running because the fire sprinklers had gone off adding water to the problem.
The facility manager had called the insurance company and was referred to SERVPRO of Lompoc because we had done work for some of their other buildings in the area.
The facility manger was impressed with how well the place looked when we were done. The other benefit of clean walls and floors is the smoke smell was practically gone.
